The purpose of this course is to familiarize students with the design thinking process. A process that helps us find solutions to complex problems. This process is based on understanding the needs and formulating a problem accurately and ideating to find solutions using teamwork. The design thinking process continues with rapid prototyping and testing and surveying of users in a nonlinear process to provide the final solution to the problem.
